I am a fully qualified Dancing For Birth Instructor. I teach weekly classes in 5-week blocks from a lovely countryside location just outside of Banbury. I currently have a weekday evening class and a weekend daytime class, so you can choose the most convenient option. New mums are welcome to bring babies.
